TERM & CONDITION

1. General
Vio Trans provides transportation, rental car, airport transfer, and tour services in Yogyakarta and surrounding areas. By using our services, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance via WhatsApp, website, email, or authorized partners.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is completed.
Vio Trans reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings without prior notice.
3. Pricing, Inclusions & Payment
All prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), unless otherwise specified.
Gasoline and parking fees are INCLUDED in the service price.
Additional costs may apply depending on the selected package, including but not limited to:
Toll fees (if not stated in the package)
Entrance tickets
Guide fees
Meals
Overtime usage
Special or custom requests
Full payment must be completed no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in automatic cancellation.
4. Cancellation, Refund & Non-Refundable Policy
4.1 Cancellation
Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows may be subject to partial or full charges.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
4.2 Force Majeure
Force Majeure refers to circumstances beyond reasonable control of Vio Trans that may affect the service or tour experience.
Force majeure conditions include, but are not limited to:
Natural disasters (earthquake, volcanic eruption, flood, landslide, tsunami)
Extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, storm, fog, strong wind, cloudy weather)
Natural phenomena affecting visibility or experience (e.g. sunrise not visible due to weather conditions)
Government regulations, restrictions, or sudden policy changes
Road closures, traffic control, or emergency situations
Other unforeseeable events beyond operational control
4.3 Non-Refundable Conditions
There will be NO refund, NO reschedule, and NO complaint for the following conditions:
Tour experience does not fully match the program due to force majeure
Sunrise or scenic views are not visible due to weather conditions
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or local conditions
Customer dissatisfaction caused by natural or environmental factors
Partial or total loss of experience due to circumstances beyond Vio Trans control
Late arrival or no-show by the customer
Change of mind after payment is completed
Any loss or inconvenience caused by the above conditions is not the responsibility of Vio Trans.
5. Service Adjustments
Vio Trans reserves the right to:
Replace vehicles due to operational or safety reasons
Adjust routes, schedules, or pickup times due to traffic, weather conditions, force majeure, or local regulations
Service adjustments under these conditions do not qualify for refunds or complaints.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate pickup and drop-off details
Being punctual at the agreed pickup location
Securing personal belongings
Vio Trans is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left unattended.
7. Safety & Conduct
Smoking, illegal substances, and dangerous behavior inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Drivers have the right to refuse service if passenger behavior compromises safety.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vio Trans shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including traffic congestion, accidents, natural disasters, weather conditions, or government regulations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
